Both are advanced practice registered nurses with backgrounds spanning emergency medicine, critical care, and aesthetic practice. Every patient at R&R is treated directly by a licensed nurse practitioner, not delegated to an unlicensed provider.

Education
Krystal Leon graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a Master of Science in Nursing. Her graduate training focused on Family Nurse Practitioner preparation, and she holds ANCC board certification.
Clinical Background
Krystal brings over 10 years of diverse medical experience across multiple specialties. These include medical aesthetics and cosmetic dermatology, emergency medicine, cardiac intensive care, transplant nursing, retail health and urgent care, and gastroenterology outpatient procedures. This cross-specialty background informs how she evaluates patients holistically before recommending any aesthetic or wellness treatment.
Continuing Education and Training:
Krystal participates in annual conferences and continuing education to stay current on evidence-based practices, safety protocols, and emerging technologies. She holds a Skinclusive training certification in the safe treatment of all Fitzpatrick skin types, including skin of color, with laser.
Treatment Responsibilities at R&R
Krystal performs injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers; laser and energy treatments; skin consultations; wellness services; and IV hydration. She co-directs the clinical protocols and patient safety standards at the practice.
Care Philosophy
Krystal’s approach is detail-oriented and science-driven. She specializes in natural-looking results and prioritizes safety and optimal patient outcomes. She does not recommend treatments for patients who are not candidates and evaluates each patient individually before finalizing any plan.

Her acute care background supports her precision-first approach to aesthetic treatment and her attention to patient safety in clinical settings.
