Policy
By booking an appointment with R&R Skin and Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
Financial Responsibility
Payment for all services provided is the responsibility of the patient. Results of any treatment are not guaranteed, and individual outcomes may vary.
Regular charges apply to subsequent treatments, and additional fees may apply for follow up treatments or adjustments when applicable.
Payment is due at the time of service. All treatments received are non refundable.
In the event of nonpayment, the patient agrees to be responsible for applicable collection costs, court fees, and reasonable legal expenses should such action become necessary.
Appointment, Booking & Cancellation Policy
We value your time and appreciate you respecting the time reserved specifically for you. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or missed, we are often unable to offer that time to another client.
Booking Fees
A $75 non refundable booking fee is required for each service or appointment time slot reserved.
For example, if both a filler appointment and a neuromodulator appointment are reserved, a $75 booking fee is required for each time slot, for a total of $150.
The booking fee is applied toward the scheduled service.
If you decide not to proceed with your originally scheduled service, the booking fee may be applied toward another service as long as the appointment is changed within our cancellation policy.
Booking fees are non refundable.
Consultation Fees
The consultation fee covers your consultation with one of our nurse practitioners.
As a courtesy, the consultation fee may be credited toward a treatment performed within 4 weeks of the consultation date. The credit is valid for 4 weeks and cannot be extended or applied after that time.
The consultation fee is not a deposit and is non refundable.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or make changes to an appointment.
A $75 non refundable cancellation fee per reserved time slot will be charged to the card on file when a client:
- Cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice
- Arrives more than 10 minutes late and the appointment cannot be accommodated
- Does not show up for a scheduled appointment
This policy applies to all scheduled appointments, including complimentary follow up appointments. A follow up is reserved provider time. Missing a follow up appointment or canceling it with less than 24 hours’ notice is subject to the same $75 cancellation fee.
If multiple services or appointment time slots are reserved, the cancellation fee applies to each time slot reserved.
For example, if two appointment time slots are reserved and missed, the cancellation fee would be $75 for each reserved time slot, for a total of $150.
After two no call, no show appointments, clients may no longer be eligible to schedule future appointments with the practice.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
All appointment changes must be made through Jane or by calling our office at 305 631 2118 during business hours and speaking with one of our team members.
Please make sure you receive a confirmation email from Jane after making a change. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your appointment should be considered unchanged. The cancellation policy will continue to apply to the appointment as originally scheduled.
We are unable to accept appointment cancellations or changes through text message, email, Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms.
Business Hours
Monday: 11 AM to 6 PM
Tuesday through Thursday: 10 AM to 6 PM
Friday: 10 AM to 5 PM
Saturday: 9 AM to 3 PM
Follow Up & Adjustment Appointments
Follow up appointments are scheduled specifically to evaluate your treatment and, when appropriate, determine whether an adjustment is recommended.
A scheduled follow up is an appointment, even when there is no charge for the visit. The same cancellation and missed appointment policy applies to follow up appointments.
If injections are performed outside of the follow up period determined by your provider (typically 2 weeks after treatment), a $200 injection fee will apply.
For filler treatments, use of product is subject to availability, as it may have been discarded for infection control purposes.
If you miss your scheduled follow up and later request an adjustment outside of the designated follow up period, the $200 injection fee will apply in addition to any applicable missed appointment fee, provided the filler product is still available.
Appointment Notifications
By scheduling an appointment with R&R Skin and Aesthetics, you agree to receive email and text message notifications related to your appointment, including appointment reminders, confirmations, and appointment changes.
Products
All product sales are final. Products are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
