Policy
Financial Responsibility
Payment for all services provided is the responsibility of the patient. Results of any treatment are not guaranteed, and individual outcomes may differ. Regular charges apply to all subsequent treatments, and additional fees may be incurred for touch-ups or follow-up appointments. Payment is requested at the time of service for all patients and no refunds will be issued for treatments received. In the event of non-payment, the patient agrees to cover the costs of collection, court fees, and reasonable legal expenses, should such actions become necessary.
Deposit
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required for each service being scheduled. Example: Filler and Botox will have a deposit of $75 each ($150 total) to reserve the time slot- In the event of a late cancellation, you will be charged per time slot.
Appointment notifications
By scheduling an appointment with R&R Skin and Aesthetics you agree to receive email and text message notifications including, but not limited to appointment reminders, appointment changes, and appointment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
We value the business and time of all of our clients. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the providers day that could have been filled by another client. Thus, a $75 dollar non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. If you choose not to have said service done, this deposit may be used towards another service (if done within cancellation policy period) within 4 WEEKS- Deposit may not be used after this time. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, are more than 10 minutes late to their appointment, or miss their appointment, will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of $75 per time slot reserved that day (Ex: $75 Filler + $75 Botox = $150 fee).
Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment
When rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, it must be done through the booking site (Jane) or by calling the office during our office hours. It is your responsibility to make sure you receive an email confirming the change through Jane. If no confirmation is received, then no change has been made and the cancellation fee will apply.
Business hours are as follows:
Monday: 11am-6pm
Tuesday-Thursday: 10am-6pm
Friday: 10am-5pm
Saturday: 11am-3pm
Injection fee outside of follow up period
If injections are performed outside of the follow up period (determined by provider- typically 2-3 weeks) there will be a $200 injection fee.
